Root & Restore: A Guided Forest Therapy Experience

Root & Restore: A Guided Forest Therapy Experience in Bragg Creek

This is a chance to slow down, immerse yourself in nature, and experience the deep healing that the forest provides.

The sacredness of this space will invite you into healing and release of whatever is needed for you.

🌿 Root. Reconnect. Restore. Receive. 🌿

Join Jen for a nourishing 3-hour Forest Therapy session in the serene forests of Bragg Creek. As a newly certified Forest Therapy Practitioner and an experienced Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor, Jen blends the healing power of nature with deep inner work. This special session is offered at a reduced rate as she hones her practice, providing a unique opportunity to experience the profound benefits of guided nature immersion while supporting her journey. Spaces are limited—come reconnect, restore, and receive. 🌿

What to Expect:

🌿 Energy Clearing & Intention Setting – The session begins with an energy clearing to release stagnant energy and create space for deeper presence. This gentle practice will support you in feeling grounded, open, and receptive to the experience ahead.

🌿 Gentle, Guided Nature Immersion – Moving slowly and mindfully, you’ll be guided through the forest with heightened awareness, awakening your senses to the beauty, sounds, and sensations within and around you. Through subtle invitations, you’ll deepen your connection with the forest and the land, experiencing the healing presence of nature in a way that goes beyond observation—becoming an active participant in the ecosystem.

🌿 Nervous System Reset – Experience relaxation, clarity, and inner calm through grounding and mindfulness practices. Nature has an innate ability to restore balance to the body and mind. The grounding and mindfulness that you will experience in this session will support you to shift from the busy mental chatter of daily life into a state of deep relaxation, peace and clarity. This process supports nervous system regulation, fostering inner peace and an embodied sense of well-being.

🌿 Energy & Awareness Practices – Slow down and open your senses to the subtle currents of energy flowing between yourself, the forest, and the land, inviting communication between yourself and the trees. As you settle into stillness, you’ll deepen your awareness, and experience the energetic exchange that happens naturally between humans, trees, and the land. You may feel a shift in vibration, temperature, or intuition as you engage in a silent dialogue with nature, receiving insights or sensations that guide your experience.

🌿 Drumming for Deepened Connection – The rhythmic beat of the drum serves as a bridge between the conscious and subconscious, helping you drop into a state of deep relaxation and attunement. Through steady, grounding rhythms, you will connect with your inner wisdom, the energy of the earth, and the heartbeat of nature. This practice can awaken intuitive insight, deepen presence, and enhance your sense of interconnection.

🌿 Interconnection & Presence – Through guided invitations, you will be led into deeper resonance with nature’s rhythms, finding alignment within yourself and the natural world. You’ll be guided to explore a deep state of presence, moving beyond thought into direct experience. This is an opportunity to harmonize with the natural world, allowing its rhythms to realign you with your own inner wisdom. Whether it’s through breath, stillness, or sensory awareness, you’ll find yourself moving from doing to being.

🌿 Sacred Sharing Circle – To close the journey, we will gather around a fire in a safe and supportive circle to share reflections, insights, and experiences. This is a space for authentic expression and deep listening, where the wisdom of the forest and your personal journey can be honored in community.

🌿 A Deeper Journey –This is not just a walk in the woods—it’s an invitation to step into a sacred dialogue with nature, allowing the forest to guide you inward. As you move through this experience, you may uncover new perspectives, a sense of belonging, or a deep inner knowing that stays with you long after you leave.

Loved the drumming, I found it very grounding in my experience. Loved the prompt to ask the trees what they wanted us to know. That guided my experience a ton!
