Tuning In: Online Guided Group Experience for Inner Connection

We are excited to introduce a new offering called "Tuning In". This is an online group experience designed to help you deepen your self-awareness, inviting self-reflection, intuitive alignment and integrating mind-body connection through a combination of therapeutic practices.

"Tuning In" will blend elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Energy Work, and Internal Family Systems (IFS):

  • DBT: We’ll focus on bringing awareness to your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, helping you observe and better understand your internal experience.

  • SE: You’ll be invited to attune to your body, connecting to stored emotions, pain and tension while creating space for anything that may be held or suppressed within. This practice encourages a deeper connection to your physical self, allowing for release, healing and integration of what has been held in the body.

  • Energy Work: You will be guided to connect with your personal power and energetically cleanse any blockages or stagnant energy to support your energetic balance and flow. You’ll be invited to tune into the subtle vibrations and energies within yourself, helping you release what no longer serves you, while inviting clarity, vitality, and alignment into your life.

  • IFS: This piece will support you in integrating the various parts of yourself, allowing you to become your own leader from a place of confidence and authenticity. As you tune in and develop your embodied sense of self, you’ll cultivate a deeper connection with your inner wisdom, which will help you move through life with greater clarity and a sense of empowerment.

This offering will be held in a live, interactive online video group format, and will never be recorded in order to honour and protect confidentiality of each participant. You will be guided through these sessions by Jen Reddish, Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor as you are invited to tune into your own experiences. The goal is not to provide therapy, but to create a space where you can connect with yourself, share insights, and explore your internal landscape in a supportive group environment.

This offering will provide a nurturing space to deepen your awareness and invite new insights, all while inviting intuitive alignment and integrating mind-body connection.

Make sure to sign up in advance to secure your spot - limited space is available. You can sign up for these one at a time or join multiple - it’s up to you!
