Join Jen Reddish from The Essence of You Counselling and special guest Amelia Larson with As You are Therapy, mental health therapist and Registered Clinical Social Worker for The Listening Room on the new moon this month on April 12.
This women’s circle is held on private land in Bragg Creek around a fire amidst the forest to support you in connecting to yourself, mother earth and the women surrounding you.
Please join us around the fire for the full moon this April. You will be welcomed into this space with smudging and an opportunity to connect with nature as you settle in and bring your intentions into your awareness.
Amelia will lead the women in attendance through a resourcing exercise to connect with the things that ground them and support you, especially as winter comes to a close. Jen will follow by facilitating a sacred sharing circle.
Embrace the healing energy of a sacred fire in the forest beneath the full moon as we gather to share, connect, and empower each other in a nurturing, safe and sacred space. Let the warmth of the fire and the support of the forest create a sacred atmosphere for deep reflection and sisterhood.

Jen Reddish is a Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor based right here in Bragg Creek. She is deeply passionate about empowering women to reconnect with their authentic selves. Much of her work focuses on supporting mothers as they navigate the challenges of parenting while healing their own developmental trauma. Through her compassionate approach, Jen provides individual therapy, group therapy, monthly women’s circles, retreats, and workshops, both online and in person.
Amelia Larson is a mental health therapist and Registered Clinical Social Worker. She brings over 17 years of experience helping individuals transform challenges into opportunities for growth and personal well-being. With a supportive, non-judgmental, and authentic demeanor, Amelia creates a safe environment for you to be who you are.
Jen & Amelia will simply guide you through the motions of this sacred circle to give you and opportunity to be seen, heard, and held. You will be welcomed into this beautiful nurturing space surrounded with women with open hearts and open minds.
