FREE Homeschool Forest Therapy Experience

Free Homeschool Forest Therapy Experience in Bragg Creek

Calling all homeschool families! Join Jen for a fun and engaging 2-hour forest adventure designed especially for homeschool children.

A Nature Connection Session for Homeschoolers 🌿

This free session is all about exploring, playing, and connecting with nature in a relaxed and supportive environment. Kids will have the chance to slow down, tune into their senses, and experience the magic of the forest through hands-on activities and guided exploration.

What to Expect:

🌿 Nature Awareness & Exploration – Through gentle invitations, children will be encouraged to engage their senses, noticing the sights, sounds, and textures of the forest in an enjoyable and playful way.

🌿 Mindful Movement & Play – Moving at a child-friendly pace, we’ll explore the forest with curiosity, incorporating elements of free play, movement, and sensory engagement.

🌿 Storytelling & Reflection – We’ll gather in a circle for a short story or sharing time, allowing children to reflect on their experience and build a sense of community.

🌿 Giving Back to the Earth – If inspired, children are welcome to bring a small offering for the forest (such as a stone, flower petal, or seed) as a way of expressing gratitude for nature.

This session is being held by Jen Reddish , a Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor based in Bragg Creek.

Jen works exclusively with adults in her private practice, but she is offering this free homeschool session to involve her own children and connect with community as she practices her new skills with her recent certification in Sylvotherapy (Forest Therapy).

As Jen registered practitioner, you will need to sign a consent form for your children to participate in this session. Please sign up using the button below and sign the consent forms.
