The Listening Room: Spring Equinox Gathering – Rooting into Nature
The Listening Room is not the same as gathering with your best girlfriends (although they are welcome to join!)
The sacredness of this space will invite you into healing and release of whatever is needed for you. There is nothing quite gathering in sacred circle with women…
As the Earth awakens and the light returns, join us for a special Spring Equinox Gathering honouring renewal, balance, and deep connection with nature. This special session of The Listening Room will guide us into the wisdom of the forest through sylvotherapy—the healing practice of connecting with trees and the natural world.
Through gentle guidance, you’ll be invited to:
🌿 Slow down and attune to the subtle rhythms of nature
🌿 Engage in mindful practices to deepen your connection with the land
🌿 Release the heaviness of winter and welcome the energy of renewal
🌿 Share reflections in a supportive women’s circle
Held outdoors in a peaceful natural setting, this gathering offers a sacred pause—an opportunity to listen deeply to the Earth, to yourself, and to the quiet wisdom that emerges in stillness.
Date: Saturday March 22nd
Time: 9am-11am
Location: West Bragg Creek
Energy Exchange: This session is being offered as a gift, as Jen has recently completed her certification in Sylvotherapy (Forest Therapy) and she would love to practice in a shared space. If you choose to register, it is asked that you honour the commitment by showing up with presence and intention. Space is limited so ensure you register to secure your spot.
If you feel called to offer something in exchange, consider bringing a gift for the land—seeds, a plant, a stone, flower petals, or anything that nature will welcome. This is an invitation to give back in gratitude for the healing and wisdom the Earth so generously offers us.
Let’s welcome the season of growth, rooted in presence, connection, and community.
This gathering is being held on private land in West Bragg Creek in the forest to support you in connecting to yourself, mother earth and the women surrounding you.
