Join Jen Reddish from The Essence of You Counselling and special guest Kerrie Breit from Head to Heal for The Listening Room on the full moon this month on February 12th.
This women’s circle is held on private land in Bragg Creek around a fire amidst the forest to support you in connecting to yourself, mother earth and the women surrounding you.
Please join us around the fire for the full moon on February 12th. We will welcome you into circle with smudging and connection to nature, taking a moment to settle in and bring your intentions into your awareness. Kerrie will lead the group through a grounding exercise and meditation and Jen will facilitate a sharing circle.
Use this energy to consciously create beginnings and set the tone for the next cycle of your life.
Embrace the healing energy of a sacred fire in the forest beneath the full moon as we gather to share, connect, and empower each other in a nurturing, safe and sacred space. Let the warmth of the fire and the support of the forest create a sacred atmosphere for deep reflection and sisterhood.

Kerrie Breit is an Ayurvedic head and foot massage practitioner, and meditation teacher with a passion for holistic wellness and outdoor adventure. Jen & Kerrie will simply guide you through the motions of this sacred circle to give you and opportunity to be seen, heard, and held.
