Mom-Guilt [Online Workshop]

Join our Live Interactive Online Workshop | Empowering Yourself Through Motherhood

March Topic: Transforming Mom-Guilt

Join our monthly online workshop. It’s a safe space for mothers coming together to support each other's journeys toward personal growth, healing and empowerment as you navigate the everchanging realities of motherhood.

Each month we focus on a different topic and invite discussion amongst the participants. This group is led by Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor Jen Reddish who has nearly 14 year experience as a counsellor and LOVES supporting women as they journey through motherhood.

March Topic: Transforming Mom Guilt

Workshop Description:
Too often, women experience a deep sense of “mom guilt”—the feeling that we’re not doing enough, not being enough, or somehow falling short of expectations. But what if we told you that guilt doesn't have to be something negative to push away or suppress? In fact, guilt can be a powerful, necessary tool for self-awareness and growth.

In this workshop, we will explore why guilt is not an emotion to ignore or dismiss, but rather one to understand and embrace. You’ll learn how this emotion serves as a redirector, guiding you back to your core values and what truly matters most to you as a mother and an individual.

What You’ll Learn:

  • The Role of Guilt: Understand why guilt arises and what it can teach you about your own values and expectations as a mother.

  • Embracing Guilt: Explore how guilt is not inherently bad (it is actually a GOOD thing) and why ignoring it can lead to more stress and confusion in your parenting journey.

  • Re-aligning with Your Value System: Learn practical tools to identify the values behind your guilt and use it as a guide to help you make empowered decisions as you navigate the varying stages through motherhood.

  • Self-Compassion & Support: Discover strategies to support yourself emotionally during moments of guilt and how to replace self-criticism with nurturing self-compassion in these challenging moments

By the end of the workshop, you will have a better understanding of how and why guilt shows up in your life as a mother, and you will have developed tangible skills to re-align your thoughts and actions with your core values when guilt arises—ultimately creating a more empowered, intentional, and balanced approach to motherhood.

Who This Workshop is For:
Mothers who feel curious about how you can empower yourself when this emotion comes up - or for those feeling overwhelmed by the weight of guilt and want to learn how to transform this emotion into a tool for self-awareness, empowerment, and personal growth. Whether you're a new mom or a seasoned parent, this workshop will offer insights and practical tools to help you navigate guilt and live more aligned with your values.
