Finding Balance: Navigating Self-Care in a Busy Mom's Life

Join us for an engaging, interactive online video discussion designed specifically for moms seeking to carve out time for self-care amidst the chaos of daily life when they don’t have enough support. In this supportive space, we’ll explore practical strategies for prioritizing your well-being, even when support feels limited.

Share your experiences, learn from others, and discover creative ways to integrate self-care into your routine—no matter how busy you are. Together, we’ll tackle the challenges of motherhood while celebrating the importance of nurturing ourselves.

Come ready to connect, share, and leave with renewed inspiration and actionable tips to help you find your balance!

This is a part of our ongoing series: Empowering Yourself Through Motherhood Monthly Online Drop In Discussion. You are welcome to join at any time, registration is required but you only have to sign up for one session at a time, no forward commitment is necessary.

Join our monthly online drop-in group. It’s a safe space for mothers coming together to support each other's journeys toward personal growth, healing and empowerment as you navigate the everchanging realities of motherhood.

Each month we focus on a different topic and invite discussion amongst the participants. This group is led by Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor Jen Reddish who has nearly 14 year experience as a counsellor and LOVES supporting women as they journey through motherhood.

October: Finding Balance: Navigating Self-Care in a Busy Mom's Life

This group is a great alternative to our monthly EYTM online group therapy sessions if you can’t commit in advance or you’re looking for something at a more accessible price point. For this drop-in group, you can register ahead of time or on the day. Spots are limited to register in advance if you’d like to guarantee your spot.

Current members of the EYTM group therapy series get complimentary access to this discussion group!

What to Expect:

You will be encouraged to reflect on the topic prior to joining the session, and come prepared with questions and examples from your personal experiences.

Jen will welcome you into the group with some gentle prompts and psycho-education on the topic when applicable. She will encourage discussion amongst the group participants and help you to understand more about how you relate to the topic while you develop insight and self awareness. You will leave each group session with a sense of community connection - feeling seen, heard, supported with new skills/strategies to help you navigate the topic discussed.

Don’t feel comfortable sharing? No problem, you can join in and listen to the discussions being had and take away what resonates with you. There is zero pressure to share if you don’t want to! Just come along and participate in a way that feels safe for you.
