Join Jen Reddish from The Essence of You Counselling and special guest Trina Metz, intuitive energy healer for The Listening Room on the new moon this month on January 29th.
This women’s circle is held on private land in Bragg Creek around a fire amidst the forest to support you in connecting to yourself, mother earth and the women surrounding you.
Please join us around the fire for the first new moon of 2025. It is the ideal time to go within and set intentions that you will develop as the moon builds to its full expression over the coming weeks and months. Trina will describe the energetic landscape and lead a journaling exercise. Jen will follow by facilitating a sacred sharing circle. Trina will close the circle with a short meditation.
Use this energy to consciously create beginnings and set the tone for the next cycle of your life.
