Join Jen Reddish from The Essence of You Counselling and special guest Dr Gillian Sawyer for The Listening Room beneath the full moon this month on Sunday December 15th.
This women’s circle is held on private land around a fire amidst the forest to support you in connecting to yourself, mother earth and the women surrounding you.
We will begin with a gentle focus on your intentions as you settle into the group, Gillian will invite you into a somatic listening as you connect to your physical body, noticing areas you are holding and prompted breath to engage you to lean into these spaces and make room for release. There will a an opportunity to journal or simply naming what you felt. Jen will then lead the group into a sacred sharing circle, inviting you to share and release anything that is needing a listening room.
Embrace the healing energy of a sacred fire in the forest beneath the full moon as we gather to share, connect, and empower each other in a nurturing, safe and sacred space. Let the warmth of the fire and the support of the forest create a sacred atmosphere for deep reflection and sisterhood.

This gathering is being led by Jen Reddish, Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor. This offering is not like Jen’s other sessions, she won’t be teaching and won’t be doing therapy with this group. Jen will simply guide you through the motions of this scared circle to give you and opportunity to be seen, heard, and held.
You will be welcomed into this beautiful nurturing space surrounded with women with open hearts and open minds.
