Join us on the full moon this month - Friday November 15th with Jen Reddish from The Essence of You Counselling and Melissa Cave from Sol Sound Healing.
Embrace the healing energy of a sacred fire in the forest beneath the full moon as we gather to share, connect, and empower one another in a nurturing, safe and sacred space.
Your evening will include smudging, energy clearing, journalling, storytelling, a sacred fire ritual and meaningful connection, inviting us to honour our journeys and the cycles of nature. Let the warmth of the fire and the support of the forest create a sacred atmosphere for deep reflection and sisterhood.
Melissa will start our evening with a group smudging and invite every woman in circle to slow down and connect to the sacred rhythms within the elements. What makes a fire go from being a fire to being something we call “sacred”? Join us as we explore the essence of relationship through a connection that has been burning for many generations and calling us to our depths within.
As Jen leads the group though a mindful journalling exercise, Melissa will offer individual energy clearings then we will move into a sharing circle, giving you an opportunity to be held as you share anything that is needing a listening room. Our evening will be focused on release with the power of the full moon around the fire.

Each woman in attendance will be welcomed to take a turn sharing anything that you are needing space to share. Nothing is off limits and no feedback will be given, no comments made - you will just be held by this group of women giving you a gift of listening. When your turn feels complete, the next woman in there circle will be invited to do the same.
We will go around the entire circle until every woman has had her turn … No expectations and no pressure for what or how much you will share or if you will share at all.
The Listening Room is a sacred space for women to come together to honour each other's voices and experiences. Join us this month on Friday November 15th. Our evening will start at 7:15pm and end between 9:30-10pm.
Registration is required, space is limited to 7 participants.
This gathering is being led by Jen Reddish, Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor. This offering is not like Jen’s other sessions, she won’t be teaching and won’t be doing therapy with this group. Jen will simply guide you through the motions of this scared circle to give you and opportunity to be seen, heard, and held.
You will be welcomed into this beautiful nurturing space surrounded with women with open hearts and open minds.
