There are 3 workshops available on Body Image with a focus on Sexuality, Self Esteem & Mindful Eating led by Jen Reddish, Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor with contributions from special guests.

Whether you’ve just taken one of our workshops on Body Image or you did them a long time ago, this group is a space for you to integrate and apply the skills that you have learned in your life to meet your goals for personal growth. Workshops on Body Image include Body Image and Sexuality, Self Esteem or Mindful Eating. You will be supported to deepen your awareness of what impacts your Body Image & learn how to develop your self-esteem to foster a healthy relationship with your body and food.

What to Expect

This group is held in an interactive online video format through zoom. Join in from any space that you feel comfortable in! You are welcomed to interact with voice & video or by using the chat feature in the zoom group & to participate at a level that feels safe and helpful for you.

You must have previously taken one of Jen’s workshops in order to attend this group.
