The Power of Story Telling

✨ Story-telling ✨ There is something profoundly healing about sharing your story and being seen by others.  The power of storytelling is not just in the words we speak, but in the witnessing—the deep sense of connection that comes when we open up, share our experiences, and realize we are not alone. I see this in the women’s circles that I hold, and in the group therapy sessions I facilitate. Each has a power of their own, with some similarities and some striking differences. One is not better than the other, they are beautiful, powerful, and healing in their own unique ways and I LOVE facilitating both.

Sometimes, simply telling our story in the presence of supportive witnesses creates healing within itself. In the group therapy sessions that I facilitate, you’ll experience the added value of therapeutic feedback and body integration, allowing you to move through the trauma held within your story. When we tell our stories, we reclaim our voice and allow ourselves to process emotions that may have been buried for years. Being witnessed by others creates a sense of validation, healing, and empathy—helping us feel understood, seen, and supported.

I have been working hard on perfecting the details for the group therapy weekend Retreat that’s coming up in April “Roots to Wings: Healing Your Inner Child and Embracing Authenticity” and I can hardly wait to step into the magic of this weekend with the divine women who have signed up! We have space for 2 more women if this calls to you, please reach out.
